Hello!

We have been lucky enough to have hired Dale Milligan of RAD Home Improvements the past month and wanted to share our experience. Dale worked closely with several different tradesmen, the city, home inspectors, Beachcomber Hot Tubs and two very picky homeowners to build a beautiful deck around our newly purchased hot tub in Spring 2013. The first word that comes to mind in dealing with Dale is ‘integrity’. That is not a word you find often in the construction/contracting/home improvement world. Dale was on time for everything from the initial appointment to the end of the job. When Dale says he is going to be there – you can count on it. He kept us up to date on the progress and made sure we were involved every step of the way. Dale came out, took measurements, listened to what we wanted and expected from our deck. He then came back with an amazing plan that we never would have thought of doing, and showed us that our deck truly could be an extension of our home. He made it clear that he would not cut corners or take short cuts, that he wouldn’t start work until he had the proper permits, and that we could expect to see building inspectors through out the process. What a relief it was to deal with someone who took his job, and our project, seriously. We found his rates to be very fair and well worth it. After the original deck was torn down, Dale and his crew came in and worked in a fashion we have never seen before. From the start, he had planned the project out so well that it just flowed. Every day we’d come home to see that we were one step closer to our dream deck. He worked fast and efficiently to assure that our job was done in a timely manner, and done well. We knew we would be out of town for much of the project and felt very secure in leaving it all up to Dale, trusting fully that he would take excellent care of us. He made sure other tradesmen were there on time and completely arranged the instillation of our hot tub with Beachcomber. Towards the end of the job, we left for a two-week trip. Dale made sure that when we came home our hot tub was up and working so that we could drive in from the airport, sit on our beautiful deck and relax in out hot tub!! Not only would we recommend Dale and RAD Home Improvements to other homeowners, we will most definitely have Dale back again for other projects. We cannot recommend Dale Milligan and RAD Home Improvements enough!
