It is with great pleasure that I write this letter for Mr. Dale Milligan, the owner of RAD Home Improvements. In May of this year RAD Home Improvements constructed a carport for me, which gives one the impression that it was built when the house was built many years ago. Unlike a simple lean to type, it is a very professionally done and absolutely beautiful.

Mr. Milligan certainly explained in great detail every step we needed to take and how everything needed to be done. I never felt that I was being left in the dark or confused about the process. I have had at least five of my neighbours comment on the professionalism and the beauty.

Mr. Milligan and his employees were always courteous, professional and I found his prices very reasonable. I might add that a few months before construction began I had contacted two other contractors for written estimates. One contractor from Belleville came, took measurements and never did get back to me. The other contractor from Stirling came, took measurements and after 4 or 5 weeks when I had to contract him he said he was too busy. I will not reveal the name of the other two companies but needless to say I would not recommend them to anyone.

In summation, for professionalism and reasonably prices I would recommend RAD Home Improvements to anyone.
