In November 2011 we hired Dale to build a room around our new hot tub. We started out thinking about just a normal deck with a sunroom around it. Dale gave us many different ideas and we now have an absolutely beautiful addition on our house. From the outside you would think it had always been part of the house.
Dale and Adam were always very considerate and made sure the work area was completely tidy at the end of each work day. Our basement was very dated and needed a complete facelift. We trusted Dale completely and were so pleased with his and Adam’s work that we didn’t hesitate to call him for the renovation. Dale’s ideas played a big part in the decisions we made to have our basement look and feel like an area we would want to spend a lot of our time in. Our basement has been started and we are very excited to see our new fmished (family room/gameroom/bedroom/ and huge walk in storage). We would not hesitate to recommend Dale Milligan (RAD Home Improvements) for any job.
