I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude to Dale and his team at RAD Home Improvements. They had the monumental task of re-doing my bathroom. Dale told me it would take approximately a week to complete. To be honest, I had my doubts. We own an older home and from my own experience in trying to make improvements, nothing is as it seems. They started first thing on a Tuesday morning. After the first day, it was down to the studs. I did return home to find that I had a solid floor and a new functioning toilet, which, with a four year old and an 18 month old, was extremely helpful and appreciated. All in all, my bathroom was completed in one week, two days. Throughout the whole process, Dale and his team of great guys were helpful, courteous and respectful. Dale worked with me and helped with explanations of what was what, what would be best for what I wanted and why he was doing what he did. I had no issues approaching or calling him at any time if I did have any questions. They worked quickly, efficiently and always cleaned up after they were done for the day. I cannot express how impressed and completely thrilled that I chose Dale and his team to complete my bathroom renovation. I am in awe with everything they did and the way my house and family was treated. I do not hesitate to recommend RAD Home Improvements for any renovation and will not hesitate in the future to make them my first call.
