Dale Milligan and his business RAD Home Improvements were hired by my husband and I after we saw their exceptional workmanship at our daughter’s “Critter Clips” complete basement renovation to make
a grooming shop from an old home basement. We had a lS00sq. ft basement that needed a total reconstruct. It was a huge project encompassing 6 rooms and large connecting corridor. All the floors, doorways, and some walls and ceilings were completely redone or completed from scratch. Everything this team touched, trimmed, and built showed excellent workmanship. Work was professionally and timely completed, with tidiness and respectfulness always a priority with their work. Loved the end of the day to go see what was done and everything all vacuumed, and tidied up! Nice!
Dale often has great ideas and his creativity and functional ideas were often of great interest and value to our end product. We really appreciated their workmanship and professionalism. Dale is very talented in most components of building, and so his tips and tricks very often of great benefit. Saying that, nothing was ever changed or alerted without 1st sharing with my husband and I, and which we certainly did appreciate! We are so thrilled with our very complete “new” basement. Many times we just stand back and admire everything in this totally new- renovated basement. It feels like we have a “new home” on the lower level!!! That’s how good the finish project looked!! From ripping tore- building; from insulating to moving walls; to tiles and laminate floors to painting they do it all so well. Thank you RAD Home Improvements for your great work.
